Background & Experience
Nick has been in the commercial real estate business since 1984. He is a principal and co-founding member of Signature Group, which was formed in 2001. His vast experience in many aspects of the commercial real estate business include: Tenant Representation (primarily office), Senior Housing, Medical, Acquisitions, Landlord Representation, Retail, Investment Sales and Industrial. Primary focus is in Tenant Rep and Senior Housing.
