Nathan Halegua is a Principal of EVO Real Estate Group, which has been previously known as Winoker Realty Company. Nathan and his partners, Ira Fishman, Dana Moskowitz and Josh Halegua acquired the firm in February 2013. Mr. Halegua’s focus will be on acquiring both residential and commercial investments to further the company’s ownership presence.
Mr. Halegua has been involved in New York City metropolitan residential and commercial Real Estate for over 35 years. His experience includes asset management, condo and co-op conversions, commercial store leasing, residential and commercial ownership and development. Mr. Halegua owns and is the President of both Jonis Realty and Citi Urban Management Corp., which presently manages over forty residential and commercial properties in New York City. As an owner, Mr. Halegua has assembled development sites and most recently in Midtown Manhattan, a residential site of approximately 130,000 feet. One of his most recent acquisitions was the purchase of a $44 million Class A office building on Long Island.
He graduated from Queens College and has a MA in Educational Curriculum from Michigan State University.

Mr. Halegua is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the CHIP organization which presently has over 5,000 multifamily real estate owners.
He is also a Board Member of the Alzheimer’s Association, New York City Chapter, VOICE, the Varadi Ovarian Initiative for Cancer Education and the Jewish Studies Center.
