Mike Cropper specializes in investment sales and net lease transactions serving a client base that includes banks, REITs, insurance companies, developers, individual investors and private equity groups. Mike enjoys connecting real estate owners with the national marketplace for investment properties. In addition to having a national relationship base, Mike also possesses strong capabilities to analyze complex deal and financial matters while providing clear solutions for his clients. Mike enjoys using his experience to maximize results and provide a very high level of service for his clients. Mike also serves as the Director of Acquisitions for Rupe Helmer Group.
Background & Experience
Prior to commercial real estate, Mike spent over eight years in wholesale data networking in which he led various sales and business development teams and won multiple national president’s club awards. Mike also identified and completed several corporate acquisitions and spearheaded new sales channels within the market. After college, Mike earned his CPA and spent three years in a major public accounting firm.
