Scope of Service Experience
Mike joined NAI Elliott as a Property Management Assistant in May 2002, and was promoted to Real Estate Manager in February 2005 and was subsequently promoted to Senior Real Estate Manager.
He currently manages a 20+ property portfolio in creative office and retail. His responsibilities include day-today management of a property portfolio, communicating regularly with property owners and vendors, managing tenant relations, developing yearly budgets, completing annual CAM reconciliations, and overseeing accounting, facilities, and leasing services.
Background & Experience
Before joining NAI Elliott, Mike worked in operations at Flying Rhinoceros, Inc. from October 1999 to October 2002. He collaborated with HR and the executive team to manage the operations of a creative services studio with 100 employees in Portland. Projects included facilities management, A/P, shipping/receiving of products, new hire orientation, client host, special event planning, resource coordinator, grill master, shave ice operator, and more.
Mike has a bachelor’s degree in History from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington.
