Mark C. McLees is a Commercial Real Estate Broker, specializing in downtown historic building re-use & development, industrial & office building sales, land development, buyer representation, & investment brokerage services. Mark has an extensive background of more than 15 successful years in the commercial construction industry & over 12 years as a top performing Real Estate Broker. Mark has become the expert in downtown commercial real estate & has completed over 300 transactions since joining the commercial team at NAI Black in October of 2003. Mark grew up in Montana & then moved to Spokane where he received his B.S. in Physics at Eastern Washington University, & attended Gonzaga University’s School of Law. Shortly after college, Mark married his business partner, Michelle, & together they have built a successful real estate business & are raising a family here in Spokane.
