Larry has 36 years of commercial real estate experience in San Diego, working with individuals, corporate, and international clients. Larry’s special strengths include skills to balance the technical and people sides of commercial real estate transactions. Larry’s expertise is owner/user sales and leasing: site selection, lease/buy, cost comparison analysis and investment services.
Bachelor degree with “Honors and Distinction” in finance from San Diego State.

Larry is recognized for 25 years of service and dedication as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and represents the standard of excellence in commercial real estate. Larry served with the 7th Marines in Vietnam. He is a member of the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors and the Old Mission Rotary Club. Rotary projects include Challenge Center, One Thousand Smiles, Project Mercy, Youth Leadership RYLA, Art Pratt Foundation and Old Mission Foundation. Accomplishments include the #1 Company Wide Salesperson and President’s Club for Rancon Real Estate and C.W. Clark, Inc. Larry was promoted to Senior Vice President with NAI San Diego in 2006. He is a Board Member of the Art Pratt Foundation and a Member of the Otay Mesa Property Owner’s Association (MIGS). Larry has received multiple awards for San Diego CCIM’s Transaction of the Year.

Transaction History
•$10.5 Million Lease of 67,346 SF for a Clinical Laboratory in Mission Valley.
•$9.4 Million, 117,000 SF, 4.61 Acre distribution/showroom facility in Miramar.
•$2.45 Million Sale of 18,149 SF for a Norfalk based Naval Fleet Service Facility in Central San Diego.
Otay Mesa:
•$8.5 Million, 135,000 SF, 6.81 Acre distribution center.
•Managed the consolidation of a 71,000 SF sheet metal fabrication facility with an IRS 1031 exchange for a total consideration of $7.25 Million.
•Sold 18.53 acres for $5 Million to a developer/contractor for it’s ‘build to suit’ of US Concrete’s Western Regional 80K SF manufacturing facility.
•Negotiated a $1.47 million lease of 7.5 acres for a truck/trailer storage facility.
•Sold 2.5 acres for $2.25 Million for construction of a Best Western Hotel.
•Sold 4.36 acres for $2.85 Million for a commercial center development.
•Negotiated a $1.2 Million lease for 40K SF for a FTZ distribution facility.
•Negotiated a 55K SF lease valued at $1.65 million as a distribution facility.
Chula Vista:
•$4.5 Million, 90,000 SF, 9.25 Acre “value added” distribution center.
•Investment Sale of 13.5 acres of rail served land/trucking facility with a newly negotiated long term lease for a lumber distributor.
