Kara Schroer is a Realtor Associate with NAI Wisinski of West Michigan. Kara has thirteen (13) years of commercial real estate experience and is currently responsible for the sale & leasing of an array of real estate product types in the Southwest Michigan marketplace. Kara provides streamlined real estate services to her clients through sales, leasing, buyer/tenant representation, site selection, market research & analytic consulting to help her clients effectively & efficiently meet their objectives while maximizing their return on investment.
Background & Experience
Since 2008, Kara has participated in & closed more than 300 real estate transactions valued at over $60 million. Her extensive knowledge in vacant land acquisitions as well as in the office & healthcare leasing arena has been instrumental in bringing significant value to her clients.
Prior to joining NAI Wisinski, Kara was a Senior Associate at Bradley Company, a commercial real estate services & brokerage company based in South Bend, Indiana. Before joining Bradley Company, Kara was a Senior Associate at Grubb Properties, Inc., a regional development & commercial real estate services company based in North Carolina, which specializes in mixed use, retail & office products. Grubb Properties acquired her previous employer, Colony Development Partners in 2011, where she as an associate broker & subsequently Director of Leasing for a 750,000 sq ft office/healthcare portfolio in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities included leasing, tenant retention, lease renegotiations & tenant satisfaction. Before joining Colony Development Partners, Kara worked as the market research coordinator for CBRE Charlotte where she consulted a team of professionals & their clients on market & demographic analysis, after transferring from the same role at the CBRE South Bend affiliate office (now Bradley Company) in 2004.
