Scope of Service Experience
Joann Ferraro, is responsible for assisting her Property Manager with day to day operation and activities. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the concierge desk located in the main lobby of the Integrated Health Campus Building. Her many responsibilities include customer service, tenant relations, supervising the janitorial and valet staff, contacting contractors for maintenance and typing Purchase Orders along with various other reports and letters.
Background & Experience
Prior to NAI Summit, Joann worked for the Pleasant Valley School District where she adapted to roles on a daily basis with a high level of confidentiality. Joann also worked for the American Stock Exchange, as a Special Assistant playing an instrumental role in developing and maintaining professional relationships; Performing administrative duties, compiling statistical information and directing tours of the trading floor; communicating information to Directors of Marketing, Corporate Relations and Present/Future Listed Companies.
Graduated with a Diploma from CDE Career Institute in 2015
