Background & Experience
Jim grew up in the Tri-Cities, then left to attend WSU where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in both finance and accounting.
He began his career as a CPA, working for a regional accounting firm in the Puget Sound area for seven years. Then leaving public accounting to join the banking industry, Jim spent the next ten years as the CFO of one of his former bank clients, then seven years as President and CEO; first of a small bank, then of a larger bank with over $1 billion in assets. Jim also has experience as CEO of a technology start-up, and as a business consultant.
Through his experience as a CPA, as a banker and as a business leader, Jim understands real estate, and he understands business. His background and experience uniquely positions him to bring his clients the highest levels of insight and service in buying, selling or leasing commercial properties.
