Mr. Paster has marketed Retail and Commercial properties for lease for over ten years. He specializes in the leasing of commercial retail properties throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California area, representing landlords and restaurant tenants. Working diligently with his clients Jesse has been able to complete transactions for his clients allowing them to achieve their business goals and earn himself a position at NAI Capital as one of their top retail brokers.
He is a fully licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate.
He is married, has two children and is a resident of West Los Angeles.
Background & Experience
Beginning in 2001, Jesse worked with General Growth Properties in Lease and Management for two of the malls in the Third-Party Division. There in addition to management duties, he was responsible for the specialty leasing program which included short term leases on kiosks and inline spaces. It was in 2006 he made the move to brokerage at NAI Capital where he applied his leasing skills to the needs of a variety of clients in this complex industry. In his tenure he has successfully completed a variety of complex transactions including assets sales of restaurants, preleasing of mixed-use projects, land offered for ground lease, preleasing retail properties prior to major remodel and more. Client relationships include Decron Properties, Avalon Bay Communities, Inc., Sandstone Management, Pentaco Management, John’s Incredible Pizza, Westfield, Macerich, Sherwin Williams, Forest City, CIM, Thrifty Oil Company, Mc Donalds, The Irvine Company, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Burger King, Jack in the Box, and Regency Centers.
Received Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York, College at New Paltz with a Degree in International Relations.
Continued education at UC Berkeley Extension in business and accounting fundamental.
