Mr. Cochran's focus is on the acquisition or sale of investment properties. Another focus of Mr. Cochran's is the leasing of retail commercial space representing both landlords and tenants.
Background & Experience
Mr. Cochran has approximately thirty years of experience in teaching, training and consulting. Additionally, he has four years of experience managing financial departments. He has lived in eight different states and lived in Japan for seven years.
Since 2012, Mr. Cochran has been part of the special leasing team assigned to the Waikiki Galleria Tower and the Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center. He was the lead negotiator for the placement of the first CVS/Longs Drug Store in Waikiki, a two story 20,000 square foot operation. The leasing team has reduced the vacancy in the Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center from 35% down to the current 4.5%. The Waikiki Galleria Tower has maintained a vacancy rate of between zero to 1.5%.
After traveling to three totally different areas to complete high school - Okinawa, Washington, and Oklahoma, he enrolled in the University of Hawaii, completing his B.A. in Psychology.
