Scope of Service Experience
Founder and Chairman of NAI Realvest and Chairman and CEO of Realvest Development and CommerCenters, George Livingston is an entrepreneurial executive and long time real estate developer and commercial broker in Central Florida. He is primarily responsible for the excellent reputation and long term relationships with partners and clients enjoyed by the firm and its associates.

Mr. Livingston advises and represents foreign investors, provides real estate services for fast growing companies, and represents lenders in the disposition of special assets. He also represents buyers acquiring investment properties as well as providing tenant representation and site selection services. His clients include corporations, real estate owners, investors, and developers.

Mr. Livingston has been involved in the development of approximately 2 million square feet of warehouse and flex properties, and his experience includes acquisitions and sales of large tracts of land and sites for development, third party logistics transactions, and marketing of mixed-use business parks.

He is also an active venture capital investor in support of innovative new companies.

Mr. Livingston serves on several boards and industry committees, has won numerous awards for his leadership and achievements, and has been recognized for outstanding sales by NAI Global as well as by other real estate organizations.

A prolific writer and speaker, Mr. Livingston is a skilled analyst of economic and real estate trends and strategic applications of those trends.

Mr. Livingston was a career Army officer and lived overseas for eight years (in Asia and the Middle East).
