David specializes in the sale and leasing of in-line retail buildings, mixed use urban developments and freestanding single tenant pad space.

David also researches land for retail development to sell to developers primarily in the San Gabriel Valley with emphasis in Pasadena and the Foothill communities of La Canada, and La Crescenta. David has completed over 500 retail transactions representing Landlords in leasing their vacancies to National and Regional retailers.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Capital in 2002 David spent 21 years with Coldwell Banker Commercial (presently CB Richard Ellis) specializing in retail sales, leasing and development. David's primary focus is the representation of Landlords.
