Daniel Walsh is a Senior Vice President with NAI Capital. Mr. Walsh is also the on site Manager of NAI’s Temecula office. For over 25 years, Mr. Walsh has specialized in the sales, leasing, financing and development of commercial, industrial, medical, resort/recreational, and agricultural projects throughout Southern California and the Western United States. Mr. Walsh takes pride in servicing his clients with integrity.
Mr. Walsh attended the University of California Los Angeles where he studied Business Administration with a minor Photography.

The Purchase and Development of Rancho Springs Medical Center a 155 bed Acute General Medical facility in Murrieta, California.

Represented Universal Health Services of King of Prussia Pennsylvania (Buyer) in the purchase of 37 acres of land in Temecula California for their new 352-bed Regional Medical Center to break ground the fall of 2007.

Represented both Buyer and Seller in the acquisition of a 32 acres Retail Center in Murrieta, California to be anchored by Super Wal-Mart.

Financing and Marketing of a $26,000,000 /66,000 square foot medical center in Temecula, California.

Marketing and sale of a 75,000 square foot Mixed Use Industrial/Retail project in Murrieta, California.

Represented the likes of The Trumark Company, Lytle Enterprises and Marriott Inc. in the sale of a Senior-housing portfolio consisting of over 1000 units of age restricted Apartments and Condominiums in California, Montana, Idaho, Arizona and Nevada.

The acquisition and sale of over 25,000 acres of recreational and agricultural land in California, Oregon and Hawaii.

Represented Zion Enterprises (seller) in the sale of a 50,000 square foot of class Medical Office Development in Murrieta, CA.
