Background & Experience
As office manager for The Whitlatch Group, Clare brings over three decades of accounting and human resources experience to the world of commercial real estate. Clare has an extensive background in office administration, public relations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources — primarily in the medical industry.
Early in her career, Clare was instrumental in establishing two uniquely different businesses: one an irrigation supply business with husband, Bill, in the 1970’s; and a diagnostic imaging center in 1991.
Subsequent to those ventures, she had a successful 18-year stint in orthopedic medical clinic administration.
Today, Clare brings all her talent and experience to The Whitlatch Group, where she administers property management and business accounting functions. She also supports sales efforts by producing print brochures and flyers.
In 2013, Clare obtained her GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), which enhanced her knowledge by providing advanced education in real estate fundamentals.
In her spare time, Clare runs a consulting business — Human Resources Management, LLC. She consults and trains small businesses in the areas of recruiting, hiring, training, evaluations, and terminations.
Clare is involved in the community by serving on boards for various organizations including Visalia’s Downtown Property Owner’s Association and the Executives Association of Tulare County. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
Clare and Bill have been married for 45+ years. They have been blessed with three children and six grandchildren. Clare’s hobbies include golf, strength training, and fun activities with the grandchildren.
