Scope of Service Experience
Chris Fitzgerald began his career working from the ground up as an intern to the Multi-Family team. In 2012, Chris Fitzgerald, acquired the position of Associate at NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services specializing in Investment brokerage throughout the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. Chris trained under Jesus Henao, Senior Vice President and Top Producing Multi-Family broker, where he worked on several large-scale investment projects in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. Then, as an Associate Chris Fitzgerald teamed up with Chris Jackson, Executive Vice President, where he began specializing in leasing, acquisition, and disposition of Industrial investment properties. Determination, integrity, ambition, and an innate commitment to relationships assisted Chris in reaching his goals.
Background & Experience
Previous to joining NAI Capital Chris was an Emergency Medical Technician with PRN Ambulance Inc. from June 2006-June 2007 and March 2012-2014. Duties included caring for patients in emergency situations while addressing and evaluating their trauma signs and medical symptoms. Facilitating and ensuring the transfer of patients. Instilling trust and projecting dependability. Chris was the recipient of multiple commendations for excellent care and respect of patients.
The experience aided Chris in developing a strong background in critical thinking and critical decision-making. These skills combined with his ambition, determination, and self-motivation gave him a strong foundation for his current endeavors.
