Carlos has been a resident of the Rio Grande for nearly 50 years. After a 20 year career in the Custom Brokerage and retail management business in the Rio Grande Valley, Carlos embarked on a new venture in commercial real estate. Licensed in 2007, Carlos joined NAI Rio Grande Valley to extend his expertise, knowledge and experience in US Mexico trade to real estate. Carlos is working on earning CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation. Being active in his community through his church affiliation, has given him the opportunity of being well known as one who is caring to the needs of others, and has built an image of honesty and being trustworthy.

Having garnered over 35 years of sales and management experience in various capacities, Carlos has acquired a wealth of practical experience and expertise that has transferability to real estate. He has broad experience and relationships in the agribusiness, warehousing, business, banking and medical community. Having done business with the produce growers and shippers from Mexico for over 20 years has given Carlos has an extensive market of contacts requiring not only agricultural but industrial warehousing needs as well. His relationships with the Mexican Custom Brokers also exposes him to many of the needs in our growing import and export industry.
