Scope of Service Experience
An experienced broker and real estate advisor, Bruce has been a leader at NAI MLG Commercial for over 25 years. He is specifically involved with site acquisition, development, site selection and negotiation on behalf of national and international retail clients and developers. Bruce has been at the center of numerous high-profile retail development projects in Wisconsin as well as the acquisition of existing shopping centers nationwide. He also has considerable experience with urban infill and redevelopment projects and in placing tenants in up-and-coming locations. Bruce has become a trusted resource for the public and private sectors due to his extensive knowledge of the Wisconsin market.
Background & Experience
Bruce became President of Brokerage at NAI MLG Commercial in 1998. In 2003, he received the NAI Global Fitzgerald Award presented to the individual who has done the most to foster the growth of cooperative NAI Global business across the world. He was also recognized as NAI Global’s retail “Best of Class” for generating the most retail business of over 3,500 NAI agents. Bruce won the CARW Retail Deal of the Year Award in 2008 and 2013 and won the award for Political Leader in 2004. Bruce worked closely with the Marcus Corporation on the vision and development of The Corners, located in the Town of Brookfield. The Corners, a $200 million mixed-use development anchored by Wisconsin’s first Von Maur department store, is currently under construction and scheduled to open in the spring of 2017.

Bruce graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a degree in Marketing.
Professional Associations & Designations
Bruce is active in shaping the future of Downtown Milwaukee by being a member of the Economic Development Committee of BID 21. He is a past member of the Community Development Authority for the City of Glendale and is a past president of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin. Bruce is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
