Background & Experience
Brandi's experiences in real estate began during her time at Fidelity National Title corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas. Her clients were some of the top realtors in North Texas who endured a recession that took many out of the business during 2008 and 2009. Seeing that there was so much potential in staying steadfast, Brandi launched a five week marketing workshop for real estate professionals and retained those who might have otherwise walked away throughout a difficult time.

The workshop was a pilot for studies in how the current market would respond to digital media and other forms of digital marketing when fully integrated with face to face interaction. Though the workshop became wildly successful, Brandi quickly realized she was on the wrong side of the table and traded her title ties for a license to sell.

Since bringing the majority of her business from Texas to Louisiana in 2012, Brandi was named as a Top Producer in her previous office for both sales and volume. She continues to handle business with her North Texas colleagues from time to time, but covers all of Northeast Louisiana (and most especially waterfront properties) and Central Louisiana Market Areas. Brandi earned her CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2015.

Brandi has been married to Bob Chambless for 21 years and they have a 14 year old son, Elijah. They are also foster parents in the state of Louisiana.
