With a background investing at both the private and institutional level across half a dozen countries and multiple asset classes, Aran brings a wide focus lens to analysis of client needs and the formulation of individually tailored investment and capital management strategies.

Taking into account the full picture of his clients' financial resources, targeted returns, liquidity requirements and risk tolerance, Aran works to provide a comprehensive, single point of contact solution to the complexities of commercial real estate. He encourages investors to take the reigns where and when they wish to do so, while also offering the option of an entirely passive and hands-off approach where the full resources of NAI Miami can be deployed to provide ongoing support and management for everything that occurs prior to and long after the closing table.

Originally from Australia and an avid investor and syndicator himself, Aran understands particularly well the needs and challenges faced by foreign investors seeking to gain exposure to real estate in the United States. Leveraging his understanding of global macroeconomic trends and the investment characteristics of commercial real estate relative to other market options, he complements the vast local market intelligence of NAI Miami with a big picture perspective.

His focus at all times is growing and maintaining ongoing relationships with investors, deepening his understanding of their greater context, and developing a concierge style service unique to their needs.
