Andrew understands the fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate and uses his knowledge to deliver invaluable information to his clients. He prides himself on keeping his clients aware of what is happening in the market by measuring and evaluating data on a regular basis. Andrew is heavily involved in acquiring property for incoming industries. He is currently working with Calcasieu Industrial Park – the first major light industrial park to be constructed in West Calcasieu Parish in over 40 years. Andrew works to meet the needs of contractors, vendors and suppliers in response to the heavy industrial expansion that SWLA is experiencing.
Background & Experience
Founding Organizer and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Lakeside Bank in Lake Charles, LA. Lakeside was the only bank to be opened in the United States in all of 2010.
