Property Management Accountant
Scope of Service Experience
Tyler Steele joined the NAI Robert Lynn team as an Accountant with the Property Management Division in September 2020. His contributions to the team lie in Accounts Receivable, various reporting for property owners/investors, and bank reconciliations.
Background & Experience
Tyler has previously worked for The Walt Disney Company as a front-line cast member in the Orlando theme parks. Tyler's knack for customer service and desire to give his best to everything he does was nurtured here and continues to be the main focus of his career.
Following his time with The Walt Disney Company, Tyler worked for The Coca-Cola Company as a retail associate at their Orlando attraction.
Tyler relocated to Fort Worth with his wife in June 2017 and quickly began his accounting career with Frontline Property Management/Visions Realty & Investments, and SVN Trinity Advisors. During his three years with Frontline, Tyler worked his way up to becoming a Senior Accountant, where he oversaw the full-cycle accounting process for approximately 1,200 residential and multifamily units, as well as over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. Tyler's responsibilities included Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, comprehensive owner reporting, budgeting, owner distributions, 1099s, and cash flow projections. Tyler's commercial property management experience also includes reporting for large syndication projects.
When Tyler is not working to better his client's success, he enjoys watching New York Yankees baseball, NASCAR, and visiting amusement parks. Tyler and his wife Candace, currently have one son, Landon, and a cat, Lilo.
Tyler earned his B.S. in Accounting from Regent University in 2017.
