Scope of Service Experience
Land Services: Specialist in sourcing, selection, sales and marketing of land and mixed-use real estate assets including planned single family residential communities, mixed use and multifamily, active adult communities, and assisted living sites.
Commercial Acquisitions/Investment Sales: Provide sales and marketing services for all property types including, but not limited to, multifamily, hotel/lodging, industrial, office, retail, self-storage, healthcare.
Consulting and Advisory: Provide market and feasibility studies, rezoning and entitlements analysis, and project finance sourcing services.
Background & Experience
Steven Costa is a Managing Director at NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne. As a Managing Director, Mr. Costa helps manage and operate the Daytona Beach office operations serving the Central Florida market. Mr. Costa has over 18 years experience working with individual and corporate real estate investors and is extremely knowledgeable in respect to land and land development. Since joining NAI Realvest | Charles Wayne, he has developed several residential and mixed use communities. During this period Mr. Costa has developed and utilized many skills required to assist clients in navigating the maze of real estate investing and developing. His expertise allow him to quickly assess properties current and potential value based on market and value add opportunities.
Steve earned his BS in Biology at Stetson University as well as also earning his MBA
