Mr. Massey joined NAI Southern Real Estate in 1989 and prior to this association worked for a large Property Management Firm performing building maintenance for over 8 years. He has over 22 years experience in building maintenance. His responsibilities include the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all managed property, dispatching and supervising the maintenance personnel, tracking and generating work orders, overseeing all vendors and contractors, and performing property inspections.

Background & Experience

Mr. Massey’s past work experience includes locksmith, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. After graduating from High School he attended CPCC where he studied AC & DC Power and Residential wiring. Since joining NAI Southern Real Estate he has become a member of BOMI Institution taking courses in Refrigeration and Property Management. Mr. Massey is certified in Refrigerate Transition & Recovery (C.F.C. Universal Certification), Refrigerate Theory & Application, Refrigerate Systems & Accessories, and Centrifugal Chiller Operation.
