Raleigh Sale is a lifelong resident of Panama City, FL. In October 2002, he joined the Panama City office of Advantis GVA, the Commercial Real Estate arm of the St. Joe Company, which began his very successful career in commercial real estate sales. As a result of his over eight years experience in outside sales throughout Bay, Gulf, Franklin, and Liberty counties, he gained a familiarity with the unique blend of rural timber areas with urban tourist based centers found in the panhandle of Florida. Consequently, he was able to achieve Rookie of the Year status in 2003 with Advantis GVA. With over 25 years in sales and 15 years specializing in Commercial Real Estate in the Panhandle of Florida, he has developed the broad range of contacts and experience vital to successful real estate transactions and development. Currently, Raleigh is focused primarily on commercial land sales, including timber and recreational tracts, for a range of developer interests, as well as buy and hold clients, bay front multifamily opportunities, investment sales with experience in 1031 transactions, and commercial leasing. His extensive sales experience makes him a great choice for facilitating your next real estate transaction.
