Today, Paul continues to support institutional clients with CRE investment analysis, market research, opinions of value, lease analysis, due diligence administration, new asset transitions, leasing strategies & implementation, dispositions and closing management. He has tremendous experience in troubled assets, receivership and REO transactions in the CMBS and bond markets in addition to representation for numerous clients on investment grade assets. Background & Experience

Since 2002, Paul has helped grow the Investment Sales Group by standardizing the asset transition and marketing practices for institutional clients. During this time, he built a track record for Investment Sales in office, industrial, retail, single tenant net lease, medical and parking transactions. A specialist in institutional valuation utilizing Argus, Excel and other modeling software, Paul has a reputation for providing quality opinions about transaction value. Further, he acted as the market analyst in charge of quarterly and annual market reports. The combination of these talents has made Paul a “go-to” resource for market information. Prior to shifting to Investment sales within NAI Farbman, Paul worked in the Portfolio Management Group. During his time as a portfolio manager, he excelled at strengthening client relationships and building on already best practices in asset management for over 2-million square feet of office, medical office, retail and industrial space. Prior to joining NAI Farbman, Paul was previously employed with DaimlerChrysler Financial Services. For nearly ten-years now, he has chaired the Executive Board for the Greater Corktown Development Corporation in Detroit, Michigan. During his term as President and Chairman, he was instrumental in the 2001 merger of the Corktown Consumer Housing Cooperative with the Greater Corktown Economic Development Corporation.


Paul is a graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Literature, Science and Arts in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Paul is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Michigan.
