Scope of Service Experience

Matt Bentley represents industrial owners and tenants and specializes in assisting his clients with real estate strategy and implementation. In the last 12 months, he has sold over 700 acres of industrial land for the future development of over seven million square feet of Class “A” e-commerce/distribution centers.

Matt currently represents Landlords on over eight million square feet of Class “A” distribution facilities. These Landlords include: Oakmont Industrial Group, Dermody Properties, Core5 Industrial Partners, High Street Realty, Hines, LBA Logistics, Euphoric Development and Dayton Street Partners, to name a few.

In addition to his experience in industrial real estate, Matt is a graduate of Emory law and a former real estate attorney who individually closed sales in excess of $10,000,000 for local municipalities in Cobb County. Matt’s wide-ranging background in commercial real estate allows Matt to provide his clients with sound advice on a wide array of real estate matters.
