Assistant Real Estate Manager, Broker
Scope of Service Experience
In her role as Assistant Real Estate Manager, Lindsey assists n the management of commercial real estate in five western states. She oversees the day-to-day building operations, coordinates facility maintenance and repair, manages relationships with vendors and contractors, and monitors and assists in the collection of rent payments. She is also responsible for distributing monthly owner draws, reviewing and approving invoices, tracking gross sales reported by tenants, producing monthly management reports and the annual preparation of budgets and CAM reconciliations.
Background & Experience
Lindsey joined NAI Elliott in May 2008 and currently holds the role of Assistant Property Manager. Previously, Lindsey held the title of Brokerage Coordinator at NAI Elliott. She played a significant role in supporting the brokerage team in their leasing and investment activities, as well as handling the majority of NAI Elliott's marketing.
