Scope of Experience

Karen is responsible for the supervision and guidance of the accounting team including department daily activities, property budgets, financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. She also handles the oversight and coordination of the financial reporting for the commercial property management portfolio located throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.

Background & Experience

Karen has been a part of the NAI Summit team for over 26 years, acting as the head of Commercial Property Accounting for the past 12 years and recently promoted to Director of Property Accounting.
