Jim Koon began his career in commercial real estate in 1988 with Voit Commercial Services in San Diego, California. Since arriving to the Inland Northwest in 1992, Jim has proven to be a market leader in production, execution and strategic marketing for his clients. Drawing from his knowledge of the local market and experience from negotiating more than 800 sale and lease transactions Jim is able to provide national and local commercial real estate clients seamless full-service brokerage.
