Background & Experience

Senior oversight of the Sunbelt Region's retail, office, medical office, facility, and industrial property management teams based in Florida, California, and Texas while being responsible for the team’s regional objectives including but not limited to; client management/satisfaction, new business development, P&L, financial reporting, budgeting, construction

management, lease administration, vendor contracting , tenant/vendor relations, engineering, maintenance coordination, and interfacing with the multiple NAI market leaders as well as Hiffman National corporate personnel.

Particular skill sets include:

New Business Development / Proposal and Presentation Production, Asset Management Business Plans, Leasing / Marketing Plans, Budgeting / Business Plans (for both real estate operating companies and assets), Cultural Core Value Enhancement (corporately and at a property level).
