Background & Experience

Harvey Russell has over 30 years of experience in the multi-family industry. During the first decade, he was appointed Vice-President of CBRE Multi-Residential Group and marketed and sold 5,000 apartment units. Starting in 2002 Harvey was appointed Vice-President and shareholder of a large real estate group with a focus on condo development in Southern Ontario. His responsibilities included site acquisitions, municipal planning, design and marketing, and regional management. For the past decade, Harvey returned to Calgary and quickly become the dominant multi-res land broker in the city and facilitated 110 land transactions.

In the past 18 years, Harvey has been a principal in 13 multi-residential development projects. This experience has proven to be very valuable in understanding the development process. Developers appreciate our abilities to speak to them with an understanding of their concerns.
