Scope of Service Experience

As an advisor, Guy Minick is responsible for overseeing the strategic

growth and procurement of industrial and mixed-use opportunities

including acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, speculative

development, and build-to-suits.

Background & Experience

Born and raised in Savannah, Guy Minick’s immense knowledge of

the local and surrounding real estate markets provides unique value to

his clients. He is distinctly known for his homegrown network of local

business, logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing relationships.

Guy’s experience and access to local leaders in zoning and land use,

wetland mitigation, annexation, and general contracting make him

Savannah’s one-stop-shop for developers and investors. Prior to

joining NAI, Guy worked in Atlanta as an analyst and later associate

for a national commercial real estate firm where he underwrote $750+

million in bulk warehouse, flex, and special space assets. Previously,

Guy worked with the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones

in Washington D.C. where he was the Government Affairs Liaison

for automotive manufacturers including BMW, Volkswagen, and


Guy holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry

College of Business, studied Regulatory Economics at George Mason

University, graduated from the Institute of Business and Government

Affairs in Washington D.C., and is a graduate of the Private Markets

Investments Programme at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business

School. While in school, he co-founded his first successful venture,

Soso Stays, an innovative homestay enterprise that was the first of its

kind in the country of Fiji. He maintains an active salesperson license

in the state of Georgia and is a member of the NAIOP, Industrial Asset

Management Council, and Council of Supply Chain Management


Guy resides on Isle of Hope with his German Shepherd, Nix.
