Background & Experience
Grice joined the Industrial Services Division of NAI Earle Furman in 2006 and became a shareholder in 2013. His three-person team (Grice Hunt, Clay Williams, and Will Coker) consistently leads the Upstate market in industrial brokerage and development. His team has a wide range of experience in selling/leasing portfolios and identifying sites for vertical development of both owner-occupied buildings and speculative developments.
