Scope of Service Experience
Geoffrey (Geoff) Woodward serves as Chairman of NAI Global with broad oversight and management of NAI Global’s executive management team, strategic direction and profitability, supporting resources and as the primary liaison to C-III Capital Partners LLC, the parent company of NAI Global.
From 2010 to the present Geoff has been an Executive Managing Director with C-III and is directly responsible for the firm’s Diversified Real Estate Services businesses, including NAI Global. In his role with C-III, he is engaged in a broad range of real estate-related businesses, including principal investment, loan origination, real estate investment banking, fund management and primary and special loan servicing. He is also an Executive Managing Director with Real Capital Markets (RCM), which provides online marketing tools that connects buyers and sellers of commercial property online. RCM is also a subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners.
Beginning in 2015 and to the present, Geoff has served as Chairman of The Planning & Zoning Resource Company, the nation’s largest and most established zoning due-diligence company with a library of over 110,000 digitized PZR Reports®.
Background & Experience
Geoff served as Chairman of US Residential Group, one of the largest third-party property management companies in the nation from 2012 to 2019 and also as a Member Board of Directors from 2016 to 2018 with Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT. Earlier in his career Geoff worked for ResortQuest (a unit of Gaylord Entertainment) and also directly for Gaylord Entertainment as Vice President of Development. He started his professional career on a Mergers & Acquisitions team of Robertson Stephens.
Geoffrey Woodward earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
