Background & Experience
With a background in banking, brokerage and accounting, Frank entered the world of affordable housing in 1992 as an analyst, hired by one of the earliest affordable housing development companies. This position provided him with the opportunity to work with some of the very best individuals and companies in the affordable housing industry, including CJB Development, Inc. (later le Triomphe Property Group), SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc., Elkins, PLC and Reznick, Fedder & Silverman CPA’s (later CohnReznick), to name a few.
Frank later moved to W.O. Brisben Companies, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio, one of the country’s largest affordable housing developers at the time, as a member of the site selection team and tax credit specialist. In these roles, he located sites in major MSA’s throughout the southeast US and Texas, and prepared documents and applications in pursuit of funding awards
Since 2000, he has worked as a consultant providing brokerage (sales and leasing), investment analysis, financing guidance and tax advantaged transaction structuring on dozens of tax credit developments. Frank has also worked on market rate multi-family, student housing, condo conversions, mobile home parks, a luxury hotel property and beach front condominium development.
