Scope of Experience

Emmanuel Ndu serves as Vice President with NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate in its Encino Headquarters. He leads the CORE Multifamily group providing acquisition, disposition and strategic advisory services for private and institutional clients. The CORE Multifamily group focuses on multifamily properties throughout Los Angeles County, with specific focus in Hollywood, Mid-Wilshire, Glendale, Burbank and the San Fernando Valley. Emmanuel has an unwavering commitment to advocating for his client’s objectives. His goal is to consistently maximize value for clients by skillfully positioning their real estate through expert underwriting, cutting edge marketing and experience backed by a strong track record of delivering results. He has demonstrated an ability to consistently maximize value for his client’s properties by positioning the real estate in the best possible light to the broadest audience of targeted investors, resulting in a list-to-close ratio of over 96%. His approach is to first get a good understanding of the client’s goals and aspirations, gather all pertinent information to underwrite the property to achieve maximum value, and then use market based information to establish a strong negotiating position for his client.

Background & Experience

Emmanuel brings more than 24 years of successful brokerage experience to his clients. He started his career at Avery Company and then joined Marcus & Millichap where he was promoted, in 1998, to Senior Investment Associate and Director of the Multi-Housing Group. He has spent his career facilitating hundreds of separate transactions in all asset types including retail, mixed use, and land for development. He has negotiated net leased investments and advised his clients on the execution of 1031 exchanges all over the continental United States. In 2012, he formed CORE Multifamily to focus exclusively on multifamily advisory services in Los Angeles County. In 2015, he merged his operations with NAI Capital. Emmanuel believes that a strong geographic and product focus is the ideal way to bring transactional value to his clients; his focus creates in-depth knowledge of his market and provides a wealth of benefits to the transaction.
