Dexter has demonstrated his success as one of the firm’s “Top Producing Agents” since 2012. He is recognized as a Costar Power Broker and now continues to focus on solving problems for his clients through his vast knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry, specifically in South Carolina. He began his commercial real estate career in Charleston in 1999 and specializes in land sales and investment properties, including site-selection for companies seeking to expand their portfolio in the Charleston market. Dexter played a key role in opening the NAI Avant office in Charleston in 2010 and helped build the company’s revenue in double-digit growth over its seven-year existence. In August 2017, Dexter joined Thomas Boulware, David Ingle and David Grubbs as the founding partners of NAI Charleston.

Background & Experience

• Represented WestRock corporation at Nexton in Berkeley County as Seller’s Agent in over 12 transactions, totaling over 150 acres of various mixed-use entitled parcels, with sales exceeding $60 mil

• Represented the Investment Buyer in a one-million square foot industrial value-add transaction at 4500 Leeds Ave in North Charleston in 2017, closing for $43 million

• Represented seller in the $21 million sale of 2,031 acres of entitled mixed-use land in Berkley County known as the “Wildcat Tract”

• Represented national lender in exclusive listing and bulk sale of fully entitled, partially developed, residential lots, single family houses and town homes in Goose Creek, SC (“Lakeview Commons”) and North Myrtle Beach (“Calabash Lakes”) in 2012 and 2013

• Represented buyer in $21 million purchase of 4,667 acres in Berkley County known as “Sheep Island Tract” in 2005, now one of the country’s top mixed-use neighborhoods, Nexton
