Scope of Experience
A native of Middle Tennessee and a lifelong resident of Williamson County, Devin considers his in-depth knowledge of Nashville and the surrounding counties to be one of his greatest assets. Following his college years, he embarked on his professional journey at New Paradigm Partners, focusing on property marketing and tenant communications. In 1997, Devin made a pivotal move to the startup venture SmartDM, where he played a key role in the company’s remarkable growth, witnessing a revenue increase of over 4,000%. After the successful sale of SmartDM in 2004, Devin returned to real estate as an investor, contributing to various projects in Middle Tennessee. In 2007, he joined XMi Commercial Real Estate until founding NAI Nashville, where he has successfully completed transactions with a diverse clients base and oversees the growth and strategy of the firm.

In his role as Chief Executive Officer of NAI Nashville Stanton Group, Devin assumes primary responsibility for managing, recruiting, and strategically directing the firm’s brokerage business. Over the course of his career, marked by transactions exceeding $1.2 billion in real estate, Devin has excelled in leasing, site selection, and investment sales. His commitment to providing exceptional service, local expertise, and a reputation for ethical practices has contributed significantly to the growth and strategic positioning of the organization.
