Background & Experience

David Miller has been a consistent leader in the area of Tenant Representation for the past 30 years. Since entering the Commercial Real Estate Industry in 1989, Mr. Miller has facilitated lease and sales transactions on behalf of such companies as IBM, Lenovo, Boeing, Toll Brothers and many other small and large companies and local cities. Mr. Miller is a talented tenant advocate specializing in office/industrial leasing and sales, skilled in securing superior terms and providing expert advice and strategies. Mr. Miller is well known within the Seattle and Eastside business community as a top advisor that consistently meets or exceeds his clients’ commercial real estate needs.

David resides on the Eastside and has been very active in the community, volunteering primarily with community support organizations in King County that provide food, shelter and social service needs to those in need. Giving back to the community, working to help others get back on track play a big part in David’s daily activities. David spends his leisure time playing tennis, golf, skiing, mountain biking and enjoying the outdoors.
