Background & Experience
After spending a number of years working in senior positions in Corporate Management roles Chris made a move to Harcourts in 2008, a time in which the market had slowed considerably compared to previous years. Chris, however, saw this as an advantage to come into a market where a positive attitude and innovative thinking would ensure success, which is exactly what unfolded.
After a successful time working as a Sales Consultant with the Christchurch based Grenadier City Office Chris moved into a Sales Management role at this office thorough until July 2010 when he moved to The Team Group, Harcourts, based in the Wellington region as the Chief Operations Officer. In both these previous roles Chris gained invaluable experience that enabled him to make his next career move.
In 2013 Chris became a shareholder and Branch Manager of Harcourts Platinum Blue in Nelson.
Coaching, developing and mentoring individuals, encouraging them to reach their full potential is key to Chris in creating and maintaining successful teams and delivering outstanding value to customers, as well as creating a great culture to work in.
