Charles Grelier, Sr leads NAIChase Commercial development & anchor leasing activities in Alabama with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and knowledge. Origination and execution of sound marketing, brokerage, development and investment strategies for national clients and partnerships in Alabama, Tennessee and Florida have contributed materially to the success of Chase Group operations and holdings. Tenant and Client representation for “design-build” and “turnkey” programs including acquisition, major tenant leasing and development of commercial properties are a specialty and provide added value to his retail, office and industrial clients when serving as their tenant representative on expansions and new locations.
Background & Experience
CHASE GROUP PARTNERS LLC "CGP" and its affiliates have been involved over the last 30 years in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of over 400 million dollars of commercial real estate projects, including office, retail, industrial and residential properties. Charles is a principal in numerous partnerships and companies that own and manage commercial real estate. His direct involvement in the development, leasing & management of over 3.0 million square feet of investment grade shopping centers, office and industrial properties in our region is a notable accomplishment. Charles served as development coordinator of their commercial portfolio, and as co-manager and development partner of a 750 acre master planned residential community and 18 hole championship golf course known as The Ledges in Huntsville, Alabama.
Attended Auburn University from 1958 - 1960, Graduated from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga in 1963, B.S. degree in Business Administration.
