Scope of Service Experience
Mr. Anderson was named Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of NAI Capital’s Pasadena, CA office in March of 2008, further advancing his career in the Tri-Cities marketplace.
Background & Experience
Mr. Anderson started his real estate career in 1981 with the Seeley Company, specializing in office space. In 1989, Mr. Anderson joined C.B. Richard Ellis, and continued his career through 1996 when he joined Trammell Crow Company to become Trammell Crow’s Tri-Cities Grid Leader, participating in office leasing and new project development. Upon the merger of CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company in 2003, Mr. Anderson joined the downtown office of Grubb & Ellis Company as a Senior Vice President in charge of Office Leasing and Sales in the Tri-Cities and San Gabriel Valley. In March 2008, Mr. Anderson accepted the position of Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of NAI Capital’s Pasadena office.
San Diego State University, Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Anderson has represented many significant companies including Allstate Insurance, Baxter International, Ford Motor Credit, State Farm, Ohio Casualty, Pharmacia/Upjohn, JP Morgan, The Prudential and The Principal Group, to name a few. In 2002, Mr. Anderson negotiated the sale of Verizon’s 47 Acre, 410,000 SF Headquarter’s facility in Westlake Village to Baxter International. In a addition, Mr. Anderson has also represented numerous local and regional companies including the Operating Engineers Pension Trust Fund, Citizen’s Business Bank and Software Technologies Corporation.
