William (Bill) Kee is a Managing Director with NAI Brannen Goddard and focuses on representing industrial tenants and landlords with their overall real estate strategies. He plays the role of advisor, helping his clients with strategic planning to achieve their business objectives.
Bill has over 38 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate, including lease negotiation/restructuring, acquisitions and dispositions, underwriting, site selection, and build-to-suits.
Background & Experience
Bill has completed transactions totaling over $1 billion in value. He has represented many national landlords including, AEW, Cobalt, IDI Logistics, Trammell Crow Company, Prologis, Clarion, First Industrial, Invesco, Prudential, LaSalle Investment Management and TIAA-CREF. As Director of Industrial Agency at CB Richard Ellis, Bill, along with his partners Pat Murphy and Trey Barry, represented an industrial portfolio of 24 million square feet in more than 200 buildings, the largest portfolio ever represented by a developer or third party in Atlanta.
As a tenant representative, Bill has worked with many local, national and international companies including The Coca-Cola Company, DHL, Exel Logistics, Williams Sonoma, Sears, SC Johnson, Navistar, Lennox Industries, Owens Corning, and Duracell. Bill’s experience with logistical consulting, labor analysis and incentives allows him to assist his clients with all aspects of their real estate needs.
