Background & Experience
Former principal and co-founder of Trends Retail Advisors, 2002 to 2012 Over 20 years of serving the needs of Southern California retail developers and regional/national chain tenants through development services, syndication, and site selection services primarily throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and North Orange Counties. Several major restaurant and retailer accounts serviced since 2002, working closely over the years with the corporate real estate departments of YUM! Brands, Brinker International, Yoshinoya USA, Famima, Poquito Mas, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Nubi Yogurt, Zen Chinese Kitchen, Sarku Japan, Ebisu Sushi & Teriyaki, Extreme Pita, among several others. For the past 20+ years, has sold and/or leased several major retail centers throughout Southern California. Developed a strong political base within many cities/counties of Southern California. Strong knowledge of Los Angeles county retail trade areas, including most of the Inland Empire, providing expertise at local real estate events and conferences. Has lived in SoCal since 1989.

1991-1996: 150,000+ SF of signed leases in 80 strip centers (Southern California) 1997-2003: Disposition of 25 Yoshinoya Restaurants, including site location services for 3-5 stores per year (Southern California). 1999-2001: Solely responsible for the lease-up of a major power center, 250,000 SF+ anchored by Home Depot, Albertson’s and Staples (Carson, California). 2005-2008: Site selection services involving 10 new Chili's restaurants (Inland Empire).
