Background & Experience

Andrea Peterson has been involved in commercial real estate in the Tacoma area since 1996, joining NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2020. Andrea specializes in Landlord and Tenant Representation in Pierce County. Her connections in the business community provide a complement for transactions to happen. She understands the needs of clients and is there to assist with presenting the best value-add for landlords, tenants, and prospective developers.

In the last twenty years, Andrea has been involved in numerous prominent commercial development projects in Pierce County, including historic renovations, adaptive re-use, and waterfront projects, and marketed the properties to find occupants on a speculative basis. She realizes that successfully matching landlords and tenants and buyers and sellers is the magic of the industry, but the highlight is having amazing clients that make this all happen. Relationship and trust is the foundation for every transaction.

Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, Andrea was at CBRE, Colliers International and the Trammell Crow Company. In her leisure time, she enjoys the beauty of the outdoors, international travel, and time with friends and family.
