Scope of Experience

Will is a veteran broker in Charleston with over 23 years of industry experience. He specializes in retail leasing, development and investment sales. Focusing on retail assignments with extensive tenant representation and development projects that range from small strip centers to larger mixed-use developments. In addition to landlord and tenant representation along the coasts of NC, SC and Georgia, Will also specializes in net leased investment sales of single and multi-tenant properties and is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Charleston, Sherrod was a broker with the Charleston office of Lee & Associates. He graduated from the College of Charleston in 1994, and in 2004 he received his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Members). He served as President of the South Carolina CCIM chapter in 2013 and in 2015 was Region 9 Regional Vice President for CCIM. His dedication to his clients and his relentless efforts combine to create the success he has seen in this industry.
