Linda Keefe is a specialist in the sale and purchase of unentitled land, entitled land and developed lots in master-planned communities and residential subdivisions. Over the past twenty-plus years, she has closed more than $425 million in sales, involving urban mixed-use projects and including land, condominiums, apartments and commercial uses throughout the Southeast.
