Background & Experience
Kyle Graff is an associate broker at NAI Puget Sound Properties specializing in Single Tenant Net Lease Investments and representation of Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). Along with STNL Investments, Kyle focuses on landlord and tenant representation all over Washington. Working with landlords and tenants have allowed him to view the market from different perspectives and solve complex problems associated with retail leases.
Kyle along with his brother Andrew and father Rick, have formed the Graff Advisory Group where they accumulated 20+ years of real estate experience and have worked national brands such as Arby’s, Starbuck’s, Jack in the Box, Sonic, Verizon, Umpqua Bank, and NAPA Auto Parts to name a few. Working with a tight-knit family team like the Graff Advisory Group will provide you with unparalleled attentiveness and professionalism from all ends.
On a mission to stand out from other brokers - Kyle received his FAA Part 107 commercial pilot license to operate his drone for business. By mixing technology and marketing, Kyle creatively showcases listings to buyers from a network all over the world. Working with a drone allows him to take exquisite HD photographs and 4k videos to give prospective buyers an authentic feel for the area and allowing out of state investors to visit the properties virtually.
Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2017, Kyle received his bachelor’s in finance and marketing from the Carson School of Business at Washington State University. While attending WSU, he served as President and Recruitment Chairmen for his fraternity and was actively involved in the Greek community. His education and experiences have equipped him with leadership, communication, and creative marketing skills.
