Scope of Experience

I am an experienced broker in all types of improved property transactions including Industrial, Office, Retail and Multi-Family. I have brokered both sales and leases of those types of property in Northern Colorado for 25 years.

I own a small business called The Garden Room, Inc. in Loveland, CO. The Garden Room is a wedding and special events center.

Background & Experience

I have an accounting degree from Texas A&M university. Following graduation I worked for a multinational chemical distribution company in Houston, Texas. I began in the accounting office and transferred into a sales position in 1987 in North Carolina and eventually developed an office in Richmond, Virginia. After 10 years with Chemcentral, now Univar, I decided to change careers and moved to Fort Collins, CO to start a career in commercial brokerage in 1996.

I started with Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services in their Loveland, CO office eventually becoming an owner and Managing Broker. I left that position in 2003 to work with a developer for a few years then joined Chrisland, Inc in 2006. I left Chrisland in 2010 during the economic crash and returned when Chrisland Inc. became NAI Affinity in 2018.
